UPC3D visuals for print and televison

We have been working closely with ethic advertising specialists Media Reach on creating the visuals for Rank Hovis for the last five years.

The 3D route was taken to give us total control in showing off the flour bags in a crisp clean way.
We have created 3D print visuals, TVC end frames
as well as 20 sec TVC spots for promos for the brand.

Agency: Media Reach Advertising

Editing workflowWireframe to final tests
We usually start with a sketch from the agency giving an indication of various angles they would like to see. The wire frame model is built , textured and finally passed onto to the lighting stage for tests and rendering.

Final OutputEvolution

The wire frame is built using photographs of the real bag. The artwork of the pack is then cut up into pieces and assigned to each side of the bag, giving us a seamless skin that envelopes the entire 3D frame.

The flour bag is then set up on a virtual stage where we explore all the camera angles to see which shot will answer the project brief best and give us a great looking product shot.

Final renders are produced and handed over to the agency to complete the visual.
